- Wristbands/passes for all days can be collected anytime during box office hours.

Travel Tips for Out-of-Town Visitors:
- By Air: IGI Airport (15 km; 30-40 mins by cab).
- By Train: Nizamuddin (4.2 km) or New Delhi Station (8 km).

Admission Guidelines:
- Entry through Gate No. 1 only, subject to security checks.
- Passes with QR codes must be scanned to receive wristbands.
- Passes valid only for the specified day and are non-transferable.
- Student attendees must carry a valid student ID for verification.
- Platinum/Gold/Silver passes won’t be available at the box office counters (on-spot)
- The organiser is not responsible for lost, stolen, destroyed, duplicated, or counterfeit passes/tickets.
Venue Rules & Prohibited Items:
- Prohibited: Bags (backpacks, briefcases, laptop bags), laptops, cameras, go pro, drones, selfie sticks, tripods, umbrellas, bottles, lasers, glow sticks, lighters, tins, whistles, any type of musical instruments, balloons, cigarette packets, e-cigarettes, vape, fireworks, crackers, lighters, or any flammable/illegal items, tobacco, sharp objects, weapons (except kirpans up to 9 inches), helmets, markers/spray paints and similar items are not allowed. Confiscated items won’t be returned.
- Policies: The venue enforces a no-smoking, no-alcohol, no-narcotics, no-food/beverages and no-pets policy.
Mehfil Khana Guidelines:
- Seating is first-come, first-served.
- Wristbands are mandatory for entry and must be worn at all times inside the festival venue.
