• Entry Ticket: Provides access to the entire festival and limited free seating at Mehfil Khana. All other stages have free, unreserved seating.
• Bronze, Silver, Gold, Platinum Tickets: Include access to the entire festival and reserved seating at Mehfil Khana, along with entry to all other stages.
• Mehfil Khana: Features reserved seating. Guaranteed seats are available only for Bronze, Silver, Gold, or Platinum ticket holders. Limited free seating is also available.
• Other Stages: Free and unreserved seating on a first-come, first-served basis.

The Jashn-e-Rekhta venue is wheelchair-accessible.
Attendees requiring mobility support are requested to bring their own assistant for the duration of the event.
At Mehfil Khana, wheelchair-friendly seating will be arranged near the corners for easy access, as center seats cannot be removed.
Please note: the assistant must have a valid entry ticket to enter the venue and a Mehfil Khana ticket if they wish to sit in the reserved seating area.
No. Bronze, Silver, Gold, and Platinum tickets already include festival entry and access to all stages.
Yes. You can purchase the new ticket, and we will refund your previous one.
• Refunds apply to the entire previous ticket set; partial refunds are not possible.
• Use the same email ID and phone number from your initial purchase to process the refund.
Yes. Purchase a new ticket for your preferred date, and we’ll refund your old ticket.
• Partial cancellations are not allowed — the full ticket set will be refunded.

All tickets (Bronze, Silver, Gold, Platinum) are non-refundable.
However, if you are unable to attend, your tickets can be transferred to another attendee.
Yes. Every child, regardless of age, must have a valid ticket to sit inside the Mehfil Khana enclosure.
Additionally, children aged 8 years and above need a ticket to enter the festival premises.
